來自三峽的有機碧螺春,淡淡清香,淡淡澀味。純粹的茶香,有別於手搖綠茶、罐裝綠茶的強烈綠茶味。沒錯,這才是綠茶真實的味道,好久沒有喝到這樣的綠茶,味道伴隨著滿滿回憶啊。

喝茶配綠豆糕,經典的組合。綠豆糕內餡超豐富,大致有棗泥、松子、麻糬、莓果。甜度適中,咀嚼時能感受到用料的實在。與茶在味道上也不衝突,一整個非常搭。

本篇為店家邀約體驗。老闆一開始不懂茶,在決定開茶堂後,下了非常大的工夫研究,跑遍台灣各地尋找茶農。結合本身設計領域的專業,打造新時代的品茗文化,希望吸引更多年輕人來接觸台灣好茶。
感想:
位於慢活的民生社區,咖啡廳林立,開門茶堂顯得獨樹一格。店內環境為簡約的設計風格,座位不多,空間規劃上以舒適為主,讓人很放鬆,忍不住想在這裡多待一會,捨不得離去。同時這裡也成列許多具有設計感的茶具、茶葉精品,風格獨特有別於一般傳統茶行,感覺是很用心在經營一個品牌。價位與一般茶館比起來屬於中上等級,但茶的品質很優,CP值很高。
很喜歡這裡的一面落地窗,讓自然光可以透進來,相較昏暗有情調的咖啡廳,我更愛在這裡度過一個悠閒下午。有機會會跟朋友再來泡茶聊聊天~~~
