師傅私房菜,烤雞 好吃、好吃。外皮烤得酥脆多汁,肉質鮮嫩,是好雞啊。等不及白飯端上來,這盤瞬間被我們秒殺。10個人吃半隻確實不夠吃啊XD

▲豆酥鱈魚
滿滿豆酥覆蓋鱈魚,魚肉熟嫩程度控制得不錯,醬汁調和偏淡,因此沒有搶走鱈魚的鮮味。鱈魚有點小條,有些意猶未盡。

口味偏清淡的三杯烹調,基本上就是一盅菇菇煲。湯汁超好下飯的,於是也被秒殺。

炸中卷,中卷先上一層蛋汁再沾粉油炸。味道與一般炸中卷不同,第一口咬下,中卷Q彈又會溢出甜美的湯汁。讓原本會越吃口越乾的中卷,反而越吃越順口。這道菜超推~~~

師傅私房菜,類似打拋豬的一道菜,配生菜、配飯都很好吃!!! 口感不油膩又有滿滿蝦味。

▲海鮮昆布鍋
老爸俗稱的配酒鍋,用厚片昆布熬湯,蝦子大隻、鮮蚵也很肥美,光用看的都覺得非常補。在一連串美食轟炸後,一碗鮮甜的昆布湯劃下美好的句點。
感想:
隱藏在巷弄內,距離石牌商城或自強市場都有一小段路,雖然每次從石牌商城回來都會經過,但卻不曾注意到它。深深覺得吃好料講的就是一種機緣,緣份到了自然就吃得到。傳統合菜風格,用餐環境算寬敞,店內裝潢走簡約風,讓我們更專注在吃上。食材配料都很新鮮又實在,師傅烹調很讚,讓我們每道菜都可以一口接一口吃,不會吃多而感覺膩。
這裡同時也提供一些簡餐、麵食,一個人用餐或是幾個朋友要吃便飯也很合適。
後記:16.06.06
那天禮拜一去,還好有訂位,被爆滿的盛況嚇到。平日又是禮拜一,店內人手明顯不足,因此出菜速度很慢,等超級久。但值得鼓勵的是每道菜並沒有因為客人眾多而馬虎出菜,依舊擺盤精美的端上來,又很好吃,稍稍降低我們不悅的心情。
