皮脆脆、肉鮮嫩、湯汁超多。雞肉吃起來有油雞的口感,沾點雞油,入口很滑順,沒有油膩感,會讓人一口接一口地把雞肉塞進嘴裡。每一塊雞肉感覺都像在吃雞腿肉,Q彈不乾澀。這道菜,值得點、值得等、絕對不會失望。

大腸,很好咬又不會太軟爛,鴨血口感很扎實。湯汁濃郁,微辣。這道超級好下飯,會讓人忍不住多留一些飯配著吃。

相較於熱炒的重口味,蒜泥醬配上鮮蚵,口感很清爽,帶點鮮甜、蒜香。鮮蚵處理得很到位,沒有縮水的感覺,每一個都很肥美。

海瓜子體型超微小了點,但醬汁超讚。也是超級好下飯的一道菜。

表面炒得油亮,吃起來口感清脆,感覺不到過度的油膩感。
感想:
外觀看起來是一般熱炒店,有熱炒,有現撈海鮮,重點是這家的主力招牌 甕仔雞。大老遠跑來這趟來吃,值得!!!建議一開始到店內,先點一隻甕仔雞,再慢慢找位子坐下來點其他菜。除了甕仔雞,其餘菜餚出超快,轉眼間就滿滿一桌菜了。吃到快完時,招牌甕仔雞終於端上來了~~~
在北海岸用餐吃熱炒,甕の雞絕對是選項之一,適合多人聚餐。
